Summary: All was great! Check in was easy, staff very friendly and professional. Loved the welcome drink. Only complaint is I was not told about the parking fee or the resort fee but knew about it ahead of time from reading reviews. Room was clean and spacious. Bed was very comfortable. We had a poolside room which was perfect for a morning swim. Would definitely recommend and would comeback when in area!

Summary: Wonderful location and charming boutique hotel atmosphere , decor . Staff was attentive kind friendly — view & welcome treats great .only complaint is mattresses too low & soft . Need a RR on or near Pool . Thank you

Summary: Good location, but that's about it. The walls were so thin that we could hear someone coughing and talking all night in the room next door. The air conditioner sounded like a jet engine when it came on so it frequently woke us up. The shower door seal was broken so got water all over the floor whenever you used it. Also charged a $40 amenity fee, for what? Having a pool? And $70 for self parking. The alternative they give you is go find a metered spot on the street. Not ideal. I paid less than that the previous night for valet parking at a 4-star resort nearby.

Summary: Pros: on beach, near town, parking (for $70/Nite) Cons: delayed check-in, noisy rooms (thunder steps upstairs above us, loud conversation after 10 pm on next door balcony, toilet had problem flushing, AC sprung a water leak)

Summary: Casa Loma exceeded our expectations! Wonderfully located on the beach and within walking distance to everything you could want! A complimentary cocktail upon arriving sets the tone. Wonderful patios to relax on and great little secluded areas to read or work if you don't want to stay in your room.
